This code specifies minimum energy and equipment requirements for new buildings.

This site offers information on CEC programs and the full text of several reports, requests for proposals (RFPs), and other documents. It also features a list of unitary HVAC equipment (up to 65,000 Btuh) that exceed state standards by at least 15 percent.
